Sparrows are a six-piece rock band created by former One Dollar Short frontman Scotte Woods, featuring vocalist Matt Bones, Marcus Cantanzaro (All In Favor) on guitar, Damien Mcluer (Misanthropic) on drums and Brad Fitter (Misanthropic) on bass.

Sparrows possess a unique rock sound featuring melodic riffs and catchy hooks that send crowds wild.

Formed after a lengthy gap following the break-up of One Dollar Short, Sparrows pull influence from bands such as The Bronx and The Hives, sending out a raw rock-n-roll, riff-based sound that is sure to establish the bands presence in the Australian rock scene.

Sparrows are currently recording their debut EP "Le Heat" for release early 2012.
